Official installation instructions via cargo fail to compile due to pulled dependency #62

Describe the bug
The removal of the keyring crate has resulted in the the official instructions for the tool failing to compile, resulting in incorrect behaviour once installed (e.g. user types tari --help, receives the following: Placeholder crate for tari-cli)
To Reproduce
Follow the official instructions in a clean environment. Note any error messages. Attempt to run the tool via the command tari --help
