Discord Updating Username Format

Discord will be rolling out an update on username formats: https://discord.com/blog/usernames. This may affect some of the configuration settings we have in the bot.

Oh right, that's a thing they're doing

I don't THINK we have any code that uses peoples usernames in any way that shouldn't be taken care of by simply ensuring we use the latest discord.js library. If I developed discord.js I wouldn't update the interface with the library just because the usernames change. But they might, who knows. I briefly searched around and couldn't find anything mentioning there'd be a breaking change when usernames come out.

But yea lets keep an eye on the bot a bit when they roll out usernames to see if it crashes
