[bug]: The android init command in Windows and Ubuntu will generate different files. #14813

Description

@ahaoboy

I encountered a strange issue with CI: after executing android init on my local Windows platform, executing the same command on Ubuntu CI produces different files.

Should I add these files to .gitignore?
