chore: bump 14 more node images via versioncheck (Jun 14, pass 3)

Third pass at --concurrency 1 fully drained Docker Hub's rate limit
(0 remaining 429). Picked up matterlabs/external-node (abstract, lens,
zero-network, zksync all -> v29.17.0), mezo, near, moonbeam/moonriver
and the last op-geth GAR bumps.

zksync jumps v2.0.22 -> v29.17.0: the old tag was a stale scheme; all
four external-node chains now share the current v29.17.0, so it lines up.

Context: after three throttled passes everything that publishes a public
image is current. 12 chains still 404 (sei/solana/kava/dymension/hashkey/
polygon-zkevm/taiko/etc.) — moved/renamed repos needing the morph/dogecoin
treatment, tracked separately, not a tag bump.
