Reference to table column should be by title, not column number

Should probably be something like '...in the "Intrinsic Name" column of the table.'

Relatedly, in NumericToRawBytes there's the Conversion Operation column in Table 70 for Element Type type. Everywhere else we say "of Table" and we quote the column name. We should fix this, too.
