Hi, I had the same problem with this plugin. The problem was that I didn't also get the common libs plugin like it said to on the install page http://rmplus.pro/en/redmine/plugins/single_auth. Once I ran git clone https://bitbucket.org/dkuk/a_common_libs in the redmine/plugins folder and restarted the server, the filters worked again.
