Crate ownership dbc-codegen

Hi, just a quick heads up: I'm not working for technocreatives anymore, and I've been the one to every now and then go in and merge/publish stuff. Does any one of you want to take over this crate? Maybe we can move it to another org.

@linusharberg @zoomix what do you say? You're using this crate in Elevate, and you have the say of where to move this, if you want.
