Keybinds are not disabled when sending signals

Describe the bug
When you want to send a signal, you're asked to type (or upload) your payload. Since keybinds for the workflow view aren't disabled, when typing l or h, it doesn't register them as typing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Any running workflow'
2. Click on 'More Actions'
3. Click on 'Send Signal'
4. Type l or h (or any keybinds) in the payload field
5. See error

Expected behavior
That the pressed key appear in the payload input
