【当前现象】
localStream.resume();恢复播放视频之后，本地流的美颜效果就没了。
怀疑是因为resume()触发了sdk里的replaceTrack，官方文档中说：使用replaceTrack等操作或导致localStream的美颜效果丢失，请酌情使用，不知道这个问题个人是否可以修复。
