Describe the feature

A terraform template that provisions an AI/ML environment for coder.

Why do you need this feature?

coder lets enterprises deploy self-hosted cloud development environments using terraform on any infrastructure. Having an envd template to deploy an AI/ML ready development environment as a Coder workspace would be nice.

There are existing sample templates for Docker, K8s, AWS, GCP etc. There are also modules (https://registry.coder.com/modules) to extend existing templates and add new features.
