Unable to install the tutorial extension

I tried to install the extension with `tethys install -d' command and got this

I tried the 'my_first_extension' package name in install.yml and got the same result. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi @binhlt0402 which tutorial are you following? This confusing behavior usually occurs when there is something that prevents the extension from being imported. Often it is caused by a syntax error or missing import. If you are able to put the code on GitHub and share the code, that would be helpful.
