Thanks for the PR! It covers Fastify error handling well, but our production setup uses end-to-end tRPC with Orchid ORM and PostgreSQL. I’ve updated the repo to reflect this. We’re also not seeing stack traces with the Middleware Node APM library, possibly due to tRPC batching. Could you take a look and suggest any adjustments? |
