When open file button is clicked, the user should be prompted to display the file browse and select option with .txt or .rtf as a filter.
When user selects a .txt or .rtf file, the contents of the file needs to be displayed in left side text area.

.rtf format conversions cannot be supported fully. Basic formatting can be supported. We need to investigate more.
