Convert text from Source Encoding to Dest Encoding #3

By using open-tamil library convert the source text encoding to destination selected encoding and display the text in the right side text area.
Formatting of the text needs to be preserved.
Conversions needs to be happen whenever the text in the source or dropdown selection changes.
