Add support for `MatrixSafeClient` emitting an event when being banned from a room.

For some reason the matrix-bot-sdk doesn't seem to emit any event for when you are banned from a room. Which means we can't do things like unprotect rooms automatically when banned from them. I don't think we'll ever be fixing this one without a new sdk.
