Improve communications between camps

The core purpose of the placement map is to be used for communication and collaboration. This is an idea that is floating around in the AP and in other discussions but that is not clearly defined. Last year we used Discord for communication, possibly a nice first step for 2024 is to improve how discord is linked to from the map itself?

These are some other ideas that have been floating around on how to improve it that I have listed here:

• Add ability to comment freely on areas ?

• Send notifications on events like comment or changes.
