Commercial License Agreement

1. Introduction

This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:

  • David Dias ("Licensor")
  • The Licensee (company or individual purchasing this license)

This Agreement governs the use of the software provided by the Licensor, where the Licensee wishes to use the software for commercial purposes.

By using the software commercially, the Licensee agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchasing a commercial license, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

✅ Use the Software for Commercial Purposes ✅ Modify and Distribute the Software within Licensed Projects ✅ Integrate the Software into Commercial Products

The Licensee may not: ❌ Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software as a standalone product. ❌ Use the software to create a competing product. ❌ Remove or alter copyright and license notices.

3. License Fees & Payment

  • The Licensee must pay the applicable license fee before using the software commercially.
  • License fees are one-time or subscription-based, as agreed upon at purchase.
  • Payment is non-refundable.

4. Support & Updates

  • The Licensee may receive updates and bug fixes during the licensing period.
  • Support is available for commercial license holders via email.
  • Custom modifications or premium support may require additional fees.

5. Liability & Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if the Licensee violates its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Software commercially.
