tag_manager_id Not Sending Data to Google Analytics

I configured tag_manager_id in config.json, but I'm not seeing any data in the Google Analytics dashboard. The Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup seems to be correctly firing the tags, and I have tested with both a GA4 ID (G-XXXXXXXXX) and a Universal Analytics ID (GT-XXXXXXXXX). Despite this, no data is being recorded.

I would appreciate any insights or troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue.
