After clicking Submit after editing a bot, the page flashes back to the form before going to the next step

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a bot and then edit it
2. Click on Submit on the edit form
3. See error

Expected behavior
After clicking submit, the user should directly go to the confirmation page
