Piefed tags separated by spaces

### Bug Description

When using Piefed tags, a space starts a new tag, making tags with spaces impossible

### Expected Behaviour

Only commas should separate tags

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a piefed account in Thunder
2. Create Post
3. Go to tags
4. Type in a word and then hit space
