@svenklemm when you get a chance a review would be appreciated. I'm not sure if there is anything that needs to happen internally to figure out what alpine base images timescale should be using, but we're now manually building our own docker images in order to have a more recent version of cargo for other PG extensions that need pgrx and have already pulled in cargo's edition2024 (which is over a year old at this point) |

The alpine image is very out of date, and this updates it for the newest image (in case the older images shouldn't be updated)
