Suggestion: Dashboard pubsub/subscriptions page

Hi,

I'm mostly using pgboss for pubsub/events and found that I'd like to be able to post an event in the dashboard.

@timgit do you think that this feature/flow is valuable enough to build into the dashboard? Off the top of my head, this page would list the subscriptions and allow the publishing of an event with the similar behaviour to creating a job.
