Firefox Support

While Timing 71 works great on Chromium-based browsers, Chromium derivatives (FOSS and closed spyware like Chrome/Edge) are not available on all platforms or barely functional at best because Google will not support upstream patches. (Support on the BSDs comes to mind.) It would be nice if this plugin wasn't contributing to a homogeneous web backed by an ad agency and offered a Firefox plugin.

At the moment Firefox has only partial support for some of the APIs used by the Timing71 extension (specifically, it does not support background service workers).

Once Manifest v3 support in Firefox is at the required level, I'm definitely willing to test T71 on Firefox; but I don't have the time to write and maintain two separate versions of the plugin to cater for different browsers, and for better or worse Chrome has the market share.

That said, if anyone in the interim did want to try creating an extension interoperable with this code and that works in Firefox, they're more than welcome to.
