Leave the recipe index to maintainers

Upstream reorganised README.md from a flat table into categories after the point
this branch is cut from, so any edit to that file conflicts — the hunks overlap
whatever content is written. Resolving it properly means merging upstream in,
which drags along .github/workflows changes this token has no scope to push.

So the branch now adds only new files under coverage-atlas/ and merges cleanly.
The one-line index row belongs under Lifestyle & Health beside pharmacy-panic;
it is in the PR description ready to paste, or I can add it once the fork is
synced.
