RISCV Hazard3 support?

I was looking into the backlog of closed issues and found on that #4452 that
"Support for RISCV Hazard3 cores is out of the scope"
Is the current tinygo supporting these cores and if not, is it maybe on the roadmap?

That particular issue #4452 was specific to the arm cores.

So yes, it would be very interesting to support that!
