Remove requirement on java.management module

Currently the library requires the java.management module (used by ModernJavaRuntime).

Would it be possible to make that dependency optional?

Why is java.management an issue in your use case?

When packaging a Java app, it's usually a good practice to only include modules that are strictly necessary.

The description of java.management is:

Provides the management interfaces for monitoring and management of the Java virtual machine and other components in the Java runtime. It allows both local and remote monitoring and management of the running Java virtual machine.

It's a dependency that is not desirable for a lot of use-cases
