Given that comment chain:

Person 1:

My son is 5!

Bot:

The factorial of 5 is 120

Person 2:

Wow 5! Sure is older than me

The bot shouldn't answer to the comment that direct has the number of the factorial the bot just posted.

To implement that, we'd need more data store than we currently have. Currently we only store the comment id's in a text file
