[FUNCTIONAL]Challenge link is not active & Find Work dropdown toggle icon moves all the challenge options without hide/unhide

Expected behavior

Clicking the "Challenges" link under the "Find Work" should reload the challenge page. Also clicking the "Find Work" dropdown toggle icon, it should not move the other menu options out of the find work.

Actual behavior

Clicking the "Challenges" link under the "Find Work" is not active anf not functionalthe. clicking the "Find Work" dropdown toggle icon, moves the other menu options out of the find work. D

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Go to: https://platform.topcoder.com/earn/find/challenges
• Click the "Find Work" toggle icon and click the "Challenges" link
• Observe
• Click the dropdown icon, it moves the sidebar menu options out of find work
