The license for the Topcoder UML Tool is embedded in a PDF format. This obfuscates, to some extent, the terms of the license - which may be incompatible with the Open Source Initiative and Free Software Foundation licensing guidelines.

If desired, please provide an OSI/FSF compliant license with this project in a plain text format, such as markdown.
