Make provider limits, resets, credits, and local usage available from the menu bar without switching between provider dashboards. Keep account selection and retained history separate so changing credentials cannot mix another account's totals into the current view. Keep provider parsing, scheduling, storage, and presentation policy in Core. Use a screen-bounded macOS panel with persistent tab content and on-demand supporting detail. Preserve reported zero and unknown values, and keep credential reads noninteractive. Cover macOS 14, 15, 26, and 27 with runtime-checked CI. Isolate verification from the installed app, credentials, network, and persistent preferences.

Token Menu Bar brings usage limits, resets, credits, and local activity from Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, and
Antigravity into one macOS menu-bar app. This is the first release. Users can compare current allowances and retained
history without keeping provider dashboards open.
Core owns provider parsing, account selection, refresh scheduling, storage, and presentation rules. The UI keeps a fixed
tab header and screen-bounded viewport, preserves tab content between switches, and places supporting details behind
independent disclosures. Percentages, pacing, resets, model selection, short labels, and the full chart legend stay
visible. Provider-reported zero values remain distinct from unavailable information; account histories remain separate
when credentials change.
The deployment target remains macOS 14. CI includes runtime-checked macOS 14, 15, 26, and 27 jobs and retains UI results
and screenshots. Direct, App Store, and Homebrew builds keep their distribution-specific behavior, including disabling
self-updates for local installs. The
implementation review records
completed fixes and outstanding on-screen acceptance; the
provider research
documents source contracts and fields that the available endpoints do not establish.
