Feature request - Who is it assigned to?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, it is not possible to know in global way which user a vehicle is assigned to.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very useful to have a function or report that allows us to know who owns a device, that is, to whom it is assigned. The practical case is that if another administrator adds a vehicle and does not add any data corresponding to the owner, we do not know who it belongs to.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It could be implemented in a new column in the device report, or in the device information window, or in an exclusive report.
