Is there any plan to bump core lib to tree-sitter 0.25.xx ?

I already tried bumping the core version and run the tests without issue
Should I propose a PR in that direction, would you prefer that the API be aligned with the one in web-tree-sitter ?
Should it be migrated inside the main repository (as it is for rust and web bindings) ?
