Error when anchor links contain accents

If I write a markdown like this:

## Barco

## Avión

Then I can use a link like this on another note to link to the 2nd header: [my link](:/asdfasdfasdf#avión)

If some link like that is found (with an accent in the anchor), this plugin will fail to render any graph.
