SKY130 VIAs missing

In the "legend" menu there are no via layers to select. In the main view all vias are displayed in black. They are always present.

Actually these VIAs can be selected/deselected using ctrl along with the mouse wheel.
And the contacts between Local_Interconnect and Poly / Diff are also missing. Interestingly, the contacts between LI and Metal1 are present.
