Empty Output

I exported comments to an FDF file and pointed this script at it. It generated a CSV file but it was empty. This happenes consistently on any FDF files generated from the same version of Acrobat Pro DC 2018.009.20050. I have attached a sample FDF file in case you're interested.

This tool only supports forms data, not annotations. Here is an alternative that supports annotations, but not forms data:
