aim fails to install with pip when using python 3.13

This isn't a show-stopper, as I got around it by installing an additional python3.12 alongside the default and using that to create my virtual environment on my fedora42 machine, but it does seem worth documenting.

Aim uses RocksDB (a C++ key-value store from Facebook) as its storage backend for run metadata. It wraps RocksDB via a Python package called aimrocks, which is a Cython-compiled C extension. This means it requires a pre-compiled binary wheel for each specific CPython version (the cp313 ABI tag). Their github is aimhubio/aimrocks and it hasn't released support for python 3.13 yet. For now use Python 3.12 for experiments needing Aim.
