Please grant yourself access to Zenodo DOI on this repo.

I (Kor) have now granted myself rights on KERI, CESR, ACDC specs on zenodo DOI

This is not entirely intuitive, so here are a few things to know:

• You have to repeat below steps for every repo
• You have to create an account for yourself on zenodo.org first (of course)
• It is best to use an institutional e-mail address, but I used my own domain name (kor@dwarshuis.com) and that worked fine
• After you have created a user account, you are not yet in the system, at least I couldn't find my user name. I thought, let's wait a night
• This morning, I got a hit on my user name
• The search function does not work well; it is not "debounced", so you have to let it run its course
• I gave myself the “Can manage” rights while being logged in with zenodo@keri.foundation

The specs are owned by WebofTrust, and their reps are Sam and Phil, so I added Phil and removed myself from the assignees.
