Display warning flags for cycles

**Feature Description**
Display warning flags along with cycle information in the curve visualisation tabs. We will also need to define a more precise flagging process.

**Use case**
By flagging trials that fail certain checks (e.g., plate-interference, duplicate events, etc.) we can help the user understand why certain trials may look irregular.
