[Feature Request]: Deleting a video from Plex should delete the video from TA

Deleting a video from Plex would result in the video being deleting from the TA UI

• Determine if a Plex call to delete a video can be caught
• Determine if a Plex call to delete a video can send a trigger
• Write API call to TubeArchivist with delete request when trigger is seen

This might be able to be integrated with #24. Otherwise, we'll have to do the recommendation of autodeletion with the watch status and utilizing the features of #24 to do that deletion.
