Refactor Contacts to make entire contact clickable

Right now, if you want to see contact information from the contacts page, you have to click on the contact's name. The link should be moved so that a user can click anywhere on the contact to get the details.

• Ensure that clicking anywhere on the contact row navigates to that contacts details.
• Update Cypress tests to now verify clicking on the contact row works the same as clicking on the contacts name did before
