Route and function needs to be created for user to be able to log out invalidating their session key

Identified the BE route for logging user's out doesn't exist for invalidating their session keys when logging out to prevent session hijacking created sub-issue #133 on the BE

After working with Wally on teh Login feature, the infrastructure is all there for the logout already, it was just not implemented

resolving this card due to that reason
