FE - Add on click functionality to change application status from application page

When on an application's details page, a user can click on "Status" to update the application status

• Status - brings up a dropdown a user can use to change the status
• Add Cypress tests
• Make sure change persists by calling update application function

Blocker

UpdateJobApplication function in showJobApplication is not working. This bug will need to be fixed before the functionality to update application status will work. (see related issue #121).
