Switches look too short/narrow

Absolutely love the design changes/improvements in Bootstrap v6, everything looks more modern and refined... the single only change I'm not keen on is that I think switches look too short/narrow. Please consider making them a bit longer like v5.

Open UI features a selection of switches from some design systems and all are longer than v6 switches.

Very much agree with this suggestion. Custom width exists, but the default is rather short.

I also think BS6 feel a bit too cramped/short.

In my opinion, Boostrap 4 really looked the best, not too short, not too long (basically double the handler's width).

Yes, width that is double that of the interior circle seems to be standard, and makes intuitive sense to me. I would argue that this could be an accessibility issue as well, if it's not easy for folks with visual impairment to tell at a glance whether a toggle is on or off. I would also add that it should appear clickable - i.e. the style should be different on hover (perhaps matching focus treatment) and the cursor should change to pointer.
