Latest Twilio CLI version (5.22.12) flagged as a virus & installation fails #623

I tried installing the latest Twilio CLI (v5.22.12) on Windows 11, but:

Windows Defender flagged the twilio-5.22.12.exe as a virus.
Chocolatey and Scoop installation failed.
I successfully installed an older version, but the latest one is blocked.

Steps to reproduce:

Download twilio-5.22.12.exe from GitHub.
Attempt to install it on Windows.
Windows Defender flags it as a virus.

Please check if this is a false positive or an issue with the installer.
