Twinny sends the OpenAI key to OpenAI as part of the message!

Describe the bug
I set the API Key in the API Key box and I set the hostname and other details as shown here: #255 (comment)

As soon as I send any message, like "Hello" in the chat is that it says, "Hello! It seems you've shared a string that looks like a token or a key. If this is sensitive information such as an API key, I recommend removing it from your message to protect your data. If you have coding questions or need help with something specific, feel free to let me know!"

I asked it to regurgitate what it got and it said:

Hello, I cannot replicate, I debugged also and the API key is not in the payload it's used in fluency.js to initiate the client, unless you somehow managed to accidentally add your token to the context that is human error.

Ask me for my VSCode version or twinny version or any additional info before closing it?
This was a fresh install and it most certainly occurs and the one and only place I entered by key is in that form.

I think that's fine for now. Perhaps also your provider config, and logs from Twinny output in the debug when you send a message from the chat, obviously minus your key it if its present. Many thanks.
