feat: "Check Notifications" feature for push notifications "not received," to approve sending a code #215

Description

@Tipoff4317

Feature description

Have a button to "Check Notifications" manually instead of relying solely on the notification that results in the automatic popup to approve sending a code.

Motivation:

For devices that have problems with push notifications, it would be nice to be able to "Check Notifications" directly. This is similar to push authenticators like Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Mobile, and Bitwarden (Login with Device).

Caveat:

I don't know if this is possible with how 2FAS handles notifications. All I know is I have the function in the three other apps.

Note:

I've already checked battery optimization and the options on dontkillmyapp.com. All my messaging apps (which presumably use push notifications) are working. I have several apps, including 2FAS and the authenticators above, that can't receive notifications, but those other apps include the workaround; my workaround for 2FAS is typing the 6‑digit code manually. It would be nice to be able to hit one (preferably) or two buttons to prompt for authorization to send the code.
