Handling translation data

Great package. Let's hope this is ported to core soon enough.
I'm wondering how to properly manage these translation files. How do you track untranslated segments? Edit translations, etc.

I'm not using meteor for a while (sadly), but while I was creating this package I had a 'i18n' folder with a file per language and those files where loaded by meteor.
