[Enhancement] Ruby 4.0 support #20
Description
Default gems related warnings are appearing and Ruby 4.0 compatibility has not been verified.
- Investigate and resolve default gems deprecation warnings
- Add Ruby 4.0 to CI test matrix when available
- Update dependencies if needed
