Comma separated key value list format possible? I.e. UTM tags

I struggled to find a solution.

Is it possible to define a mask that allows the user to type 1 or more, URL query parameters (i.e. utm) in this format?

Utm_source=something&utm_term=another

seems like too complicated for mask. i'd rather use validation
