Add good practices for software use at AMAP

Provide guidelines for which software to use at AMAP:

• link to institutional websites
• general motivations for using FOSS tools
• provide alternatives for paying software that are used at AMAP. Should it be a table ? It should mention limitations of alternatives, and reference people who have tested the alternatives
  • file sharing at backups: IRD drive, CNRS nextcloud, etc...
